This is an old revision of the document!

Like all of the other rules in Kamisekai, these should be seen as guidelines for play and not strict rules.

Players and GMs can come to any kind of agreement about interpretation they would like, but in the event of uncertainty or disagreement, these should be seen as the default rules.

Equipment

A player may have on their person:

  • One piece of armor.
  • One accessory item.
  • One primary weapon.
  • One secondary weapon.

Those items and their effective bonuses and stats are active (apply to the player) while in use. Anything not equipped does not apply.

Equipment can be changed with items from the player's inventory (see Items)

Items and Inventory

By default, a player may bring up to 5 items from the start of their adventure.

  • May Include
    • Consumable Items
    • Accessories
  • May Not Include
    • Armor
    • Weapons

If a player picks up additional armor or weapons on the course of the adventure, they may equip or carry these in their inventory until the end of it. At the end of the adventure, the item must be either equipped or placed in Storage. Items taken off during the adventure may be placed in their inventory.

A player's Storage has no limit. You can hoard as much as you want.

Item Formatting

In general, Items should follow this format:

Item Name (System) - Effects or abilities [GM notes/tags]
Flavor text

If you want fancy formatting, stuff the items into this template:

Item Name (System) - Effects or abilities. [GM Notes]
Flavor text
