Interpersonal Conduct

While Kamisekai is an adult role playing environment and some lewd conduct is encouraged, our policy is to respect and enforce everyone’s boundaries.

Unwelcome sexual advances or comments toward a person who has made apparent they are disinterested is not permitted. Failing to sincerely apologise once it has been made apparent that such advances were not welcome is regarded as an offense.

Similarly, insulting, degrading, or demeaning a person (aka bullying) between two consenting parties is permitted. Again, failing to sincerely apologise once it has been made apparent that it was unwelcome is regarded as an offense.

Additionally, the following forms of harassment are not permissible in the community:

• Disclosing, discussing, or threatening to disclose or obtain personal information about another person (aka. doxxing).
• Discussing without consent, especially with intent to disparage or harm their reputation, any of the following about another person:
  • Sexual preferences.
  • Social situations they may have been involved in.
  • Past roleplays or games they have have been in.
  • Rumors or speculation that may involve that person.
• Disparaging, mocking, deriding, or dismissing another person based on ethnicity, religious practice, gender, ability or their sexual preferences.

While Kamisekai respects the freedom of expression, religion, and sexuality of it's community, lines must be drawn between healthy discussion and antisocial behavior and observed by the community.

• Discussing law, politics, sexuality, religious beliefs, or other sensitive topics must be in #kitsune-court. Failure to move sensitive topics to that channel will be considered an offense.
• Espousing or discussing a set of beliefs or religion as superior, proselytising (converting), or using those beliefs as means or justification to belittle or harass others is not permitted.
• Disparaging, mocking, deriding, or dismissing any group of people based on ethnicity, religious practice, gender, ability or their sexual preferences is not permitted.
• Denying well-established scientific or historical facts, especially with the intent to cause controversy or disruption is not permitted.
• Attempting to direct or control a conversation you are not a part of is not permitted, excluding;
  • Conversations contrary to policy.
  • Asking politely for a topic change with a reason, and accepting refusal of it's participants.

• Anything prohibited by the Discord content policy.
• NSFW content should only be posted in the NSFW channel.
• No real-life NSFW content should be posted of oneself (nudes or selfies), direct associates, or f-list users in any public channel.
• Out-of-context memes or eyesore (visually disruptive) images should only be posted in the #garbage-dump channel.

System Use

• @everyone can only be used in #game-announcements for announcing a game only once every 24 hours.
• Tampering with the function of Rhythm during normal use by another person is prohibited.

Policy violations by normal users and @regulars will be handled by @kitsune.

Policy violations by @kitsune will be handled by @komainu.

Appeals may be made to @komainu.

In the result of a deadlock by ty @komainu, @Inari will act as tie-breaker.

In the event an issue or concern arises not covered by this policy:

1. The issue is raised by one of the Komainu.
2. The issue is discussed, and voted on.
3. If the komainu are unanimous in a verdict, that verdict is rendered.
4. If the komainu are NOT unanimous, the decision goes to a general vote of the komainu and kitsune. There must be enough kitsune to establish quorum, a total of 5 votes, with at least 2 kitsune and 2 komainu.
