Interpersonal Conduct

This is draft policy.

The following is prohibited:

Social Conduct

  • Unwelcome sexual advances or comments toward someone who has made it clear that they are not interested in such at some point, or failing to apologise when it is made apparent they are unwelcome.
  • Insulting or demeaning who has made it clear that they are upset by such, or failing to apologise for such actions.
  • Disparaging or denying the existence of any identifiable social group, race, or identity.
  • Disparaging another person or their reputation by bringing up irrelevant past events.
  • Disclosing personal information or details about another person.
  • Discussing rumors or speculation about someone who is not active in the conversation to refute them.
  • Denying well-established scientific or historical facts, especially with the intent to cause controversy or disruption.
  • Espousing religion or a set of beliefs as superior to another, or wielding them in a disparaging manner.
  • Discussing law, politics or beliefs without the consent of everyone active in the current discussion.
  • Attempting to direct or control a conversation you are not a part of excluding;
    • Conversations contrary to policy.
    • Asking politely for a topic change with a reason, and accepting refusal of it's participants.

Post Content (misc)

  • Anything prohibited by the Discord content policy.
  • NSFW content in the other channels.
  • Visually disruptive (eyesore) content outside of the NSFW channel.

System Use

  • Using @everyone in #game-announcements for anything other than announcing a game more than once in a 24 hour period.
  • Tampering with the function of Rhythm during normal use by another person.
